 1) Your subscription agreement is with CallComputeComm Systems Inc, the owner of this site.
 Futures trading is very high risk and can lead to significant losses of 
 more than the investment.
 The information contained within this site is the property of the original
 owner. While we strive to present accurate and useful information, we make
 no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability. All information
 and opinion expressed herein is subject to change without notice. The

 except in the case of recurring billing of 12 month and 6 month subscriptions; they will be refunded
 if the request is made within one week of the recurring billing event.
 CallComputeComm Systems Inc has no control over the continuity of supply of the source data, 
 for this reason we offer a risk free subscription through a monthly subscription.
 Other longer subscription periods are available at a reduced rate, however we may 
 not be able to provide data for the whole period due to a lack of continuity of supply
 of data by the government or any force majeure.
 In that event we will process pro-rata refunds manually, which of necessity will
 include a processing fee to determine the time left for each subscription and process the refund.
 
 3) Any redistribution of this information is strictly prohibited. Breaking
 News links are to the Yahoo news service using search codes that could 
 eliminate the display of some stories that may be relevant. Some news
 stories may be not covered. 
 The supply of information or software from other sites is in accordance with the 
 provision of the license/terms & conditions/disclaimer/copywrite statement of that site. Such
